PrivePas started as a software platform you set it up, your security staff run it. But a significant number of Nigerian event organisers do not have trained, reliable security personnel to operate the gate. So we built the second option: we send our own team.

What the On-Site Service Is

PrivePas on-site service means trained, uniformed PrivePas personnel physically manage your event gate. They arrive briefed on your event, equipped with working scanner devices, and ready to handle everything at the entry point. You focus on the event. We handle who gets in.

The same PrivePas system runs in the background every check-in is logged on your dashboard in real time. You can monitor from your phone throughout the event even if you are not standing at the gate.

What is Included

Every on-site booking includes trained staff for the agreed duration, all equipment (phones, cables, backup devices), a dedicated PrivePas coordinator as your single point of contact, real-time check-in data on your dashboard, and the full post-event attendance report.

Who Should Request On-Site Service

On-site service is ideal in a few specific situations:

You do not have security staff. Many private event organisers birthday hosts, corporate event managers, family occasion planners do not have a regular security team. Hiring independent bouncers without system knowledge creates gaps. Our staff know the platform and run it professionally.

Your event is high-profile. High-value events with VVIP guests, executives, or public figures need a gate team that cannot be socially pressured. Our staff are briefed that the system is non-negotiable no scan, no entry, regardless of who is asking.

Your security team needs to focus elsewhere. At large events, your existing security team may be managing parking, crowd control, and internal movement. Adding gate management to their role spreads them thin. Let us own the gate so they can own everything else.

How Pricing Works

On-site pricing is customised based on guest count, event location within Lagos, event duration, and number of entry points. Submit your event details through your dashboard or via WhatsApp and we will send a quote within hours. Pricing is confirmed on approval and locked after payment.

How to Request

From your event dashboard, navigate to the On-Site Request tab and submit your event details name, date, venue address, estimated guest count, and event type. Alternatively, message us directly on WhatsApp with the same information. We will review your submission and respond with pricing within a few hours. On approval, a payment link is generated. Payment within the hold window (four hours) confirms the booking.

Coverage Areas

We currently cover all major Lagos zones: Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, Oniru, Lagos Island, Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja, and surrounding areas. Events in other Lagos zones are assessed case by case. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific venue.
